FINALLY!  A well run and established Buffalo Wild Wings in the DMV area!  We have gone to at least three others and they have always been disappointing! This time it was great!  We were shocked when the food and drinks came out quickly, especially since we're used to slower service at BWWs.  Kaela, the server, was amazing! She came to check up on us constantly and recommended delicious drinks!

Definitely would return to this location again!

Came here for happy hour and wing Tuesday. I love that you can stack the deals on top of each other so our bill for two came out to less than $30 including tip. However, the service was very interesting. We walked in to see a group of servers and none of them wanted to seat us. They called a manager over (I think) and he said we could sit anywhere. The tables outside looked dirty so we went inside and had to flag someone down to get water/drinks/be our server. We felt very unwelcome as we were turned down by the first two servers we flagged down. They also never can back to refill our waters. It was a super uncomfortable situation all around.

    Beer deal was awesome

Loaded nachos - chicken was a little dry and the toppings to chip ratio was off. Some of the chips were stale

Hot and honey bbq wings - delicious as always. Crispy and saucy. The ranch at bww is also the best

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The only thing they got going for them is the location. The service is terrible it's like on one cares about the job or customers who spend their money in this establishment. I only go here because it's next door and every time it's the same terrible customer service. I really hope they get new management soon because this place really has the potential to to bring in much more revenue but when it takes an hour and half to get food alongside the terrible customer Service

My suggestion the sports pub down the block for wings and they are much nicer.

I remember the days when BWW was the place to go. It's no secret that over the years the brand lost its luster. Sadly, the day has come where there is no    chance of making a comeback. At the rate this chain is going I don't expect it to be around another 5 years. Our wings were so gross and dry. The garlic Parmesan boneless wings used to be our favorite thing to order but not anymore. Without exaggeration, the wings tasted like a bag of Tyson's frozen chicken bites that were cooked days ago. We were with a group but we all ordered on our own bills. As a side note, we received hardly any service and had to fill up our own cups of water, ask for silverware, and go to the bar for drink orders. One girls appetizer came out well after she had already finished her meal.
When we asked for our bill, our server handed us our check which we saw she crossed out our total amount with a pen and funnily enough added herself  an 18 percent tip. I'm not one to flake on a tip in the least, but we thought it was pretty bold considering the lack of service we clearly received that night.

Aside from all that, for anyone reading reviews on here to decide if they should come here, I highly recommend skipping this restaurant and looking for somewhere else to eat. Nobody in our group was satisfied with their food or service received that night. This place will probably be gone in a few years anyway

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We sat in the bar area and waited THIRTY minutes for someone to even take our drink order. Multiple waitresses made eye contact with us several times and ignored us. We ended up leaving without even having a drink order. It's sad when you try to support nearby places and have awful service.
